Both the Houston Golf and Country Club and Willow Grove Golf and Country Club have their greens up and ready to go with tournaments already lined up through the summer. The HGCC will be hosting their 50 + tournament this weekend, followed by the Sweetheart Tournament on July 16. On July 23 is the Ladies Texas Scramble, with the Ian Bush Memorial on August 6. On August 13 is the Mexican Scramble and on the 20th will be the Ernie Michell Memorial. WGGCC will start their tournament schedule on June 24 and 25 with the Men’s Open. On the July 22 weekend will be the Texas at the Grove Tournament. On August 19, 20 and 21 they’ll be holding the Mr. and Mrs. Tournament and on September 17 and 18 is the Ladies Texas, with the Men’s Wind Up scheduled for the September 23 and 24.
