The Vancouver Island Region Porsche Club of America Comox Valley Cars & Coffee will be holding a special event – Porsches Helping Pets – on Saturday, Nov. 12 at 10 a.m. at the Crown Isle Plaza clinic parking lot across from Starbucks.

“We are asking club members and the public to bring clean, gently used towels and blankets that we will donate to the Comox Valley SPCA. They are always in need of these items.  We will also have a cash donation box,” said VIRPCA Upper Island director Wendy Woodley.

“I hope that we get a great turnout of locals that would like to see some beautiful Porsches, talk to some Porsche drivers, past Porsche owners, and want-to-be Porsche owners.

“All are welcome, and will receive a PCA decal celebrating our 20th anniversary (founded Feb. 10, 1996). Look forward to seeing everyone there.”
