Fresh off a 5-2 win in Kitimat the Prince Rupert Rampage are heading back down highway 16 to face off against the River Kings in Terrace.
The game promises to be a good one with both teams battling for the division lead and second place in the league overall. The last time these two teams played the River Kings came away with a victory, taking a tight game on the road in Prince Rupert 4-3.

The challenge isn’t going to get easier for Prince Rupert Rampage head coach, Roger Atchison who said he expects his team to bring it tonight.
“We are going to be in for a battle, tonight’s game is going to be tough, I expect them to be on top of their game, with a full roster, they are going to want to send us a message,” Atchison said.
The Rampage are doing this road trip short handed which means the guys on the team will have to play more minutes than they are usually accustomed to.
Terrace is expected to have close to a full line-up, but this is just part of the league said Atchison.
“It’s that time of year, we are short a lot of guys on the road, not going to make too many excuses about it, ” Atchison said.
The coach hopes their highway rivals can get the best out of his team.
“We are going to need to have our legs under tonight, Terrace is a different beast for us, it’s our rival I hope the guys can get a bit of lift from that,” Atchison said.
Puck drop is tonight at 7 p.m.
