The Parksville Bantam Rage girls fastpitch team recently won their district playdowns and have earned a spot in the provincials.
On June 17 and 18, the Rage went to Ladysmith to compete in the playdowns against Nanaimo and Ladysmith teams. It was a double knock out elimination and the Rage drew the first game against Ladysmith. They won this game and also their second game, giving them a bye for the final. They played Ladysmith again in the final and won, earning themselves a ticket to Chilliwack.
The Rage girls train inside during the off season and work hard throughout the season to stay on top of their game.
