Exeter Sporting Goods sits at the top of the 100 Mile Men’s Fastball League standings as of the end of last week.

They added a 12-6 win over Jake’s Pub last Thursday to make it a perfect 3-0-0 record.

Wednesday’s game between Red Rock Grill and Williams Lake Shuswap was rained out, as was Monday’s match with Jake’s and Primal Electric. Wednesday’s game went two innings before players called it quits. Both games will be rescheduled for a day in June.

Weather couldn’t have been better for Shuswap and Sanders Redi-Mix, as they took each other on at Lumberman’s Park on May 10. Shuswap took the lead in the bottom of the fifth inning, aided by the pitching prowess of Gerome Boyce and a home run hit by Jayson Elliot. The final score was 9-6 for Shuswap.
