The Westshore Rebels suffered a tough loss to their up-Island rivals, losing 72-6 against the Vancouver Island Raiders Saturday night at Bear Mountain Stadium.
The defeat leaves the junior football Rebels at 1-1 following their 38-7 win over the Chilliwack Huskers on July 25.
Westshore is at home for its next game, Aug. 13, in a rematch against the Huskers. Game time is 4 p.m. at Bear Mountain Stadium.
