This high-energy, on-ice summer ringette program is designed for players entering or playing in the U12 (Petite), U14 (Tween) and U16 (Junior) divisions.
The first hour of the program will focus on improving the athlete’s ringette skills while the second portion will focus on improving overall conditioning in preparation for the upcoming season.
James Richard Bruvall of Calgary will run the camp. Bruvall is a ringette coach who is equipped with a wealth of ringette knowledge and players are very motivated to excel under his coaching and guidance. The cost to attend the two-part, three-day program is $150 for U12 and $170 for U14 and U16. This includes the two ice sessions each day and a camp shirt.
As space is limited in the skills portion of the program, that portion is expected to fill quickly.
Players are also being accepted for the U14 and U16 conditioning portion, at a total cost of $95 for the three, one-hour ice sessions.
