The River Kings will face off on their first home game of the season this Friday night against long-standing rivals, the Kitimat Ice Demons.
This will be the second matchup of the regular season for the two teams. Terrace took a narrow loss last weekend in Kitimat, losing 2-1 to the Demons.
The weekend before that, the Kings took on the Smithers Steelheads on Oct. 1, where they again lost by one, with Smithers taking the win 4-3.
This is the first of nine home games this season for the team, with the next one set to be played on Saturday Oct. 22 against the Omineca Ice.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children, and are available at some local businesses in advance as well as at the doors, which open at 7 p.m. and the puck drops at 8 p.m.
