The Columbia Valley Rockies lost a close game to the Kimberley Dynamiters in overtime on Tuesday, September 18.

The Rockies led for much of the game on an early first period goal by Racey Red Crow, and after a scoreless second period both teams exploded to combine for five goals to leave the score tied at the end of regulation. The Dynamiters would go on to win the game on an overtime goal by Jared Marchi, handing the Rockies their first loss of the season.

The Rockies play next on Friday, September 21 in Summerland against the Summerland Steam, and don’t play again at home until Saturday, October 13 when they host the Fernie Ghostriders.
