Langley All-Stars Kristian Lyon slides home safely under the tag of his White Rock/South Surrey opponent during the 9/10 Majors district baseball championships at Walnut Grove Community Park on Saturday. White Rock won the game 12-2, while North Langley lost their opener 14-2 to Whalley. The championships, which also feature Coquitlam, run all week with the playoffs on Saturday and Sunday.
