Aug. 20 was unusual as there was a mixed event of senior men and ladies leagues, as well as the regular senior men’s event. The results were as follows:
Winners – mixed event were Barbell Newell, Maisie Beattie, Al Roberts and Al Inskip. The runners up were: Shirley Buckler, BJ Worobey, Doug Adams and Gary Cruikshank.
The winners for the senior men event were: Gary Moores for the 0 – 14 handicap, Bob Ravignat for the 15 – 19 handicap and Fay Sholinder for the 20 and up handicap.
