Special Olympics athletes in the Alberni Valley will be bowling with the Bulldogs on Tuesday, Feb. 21 at Rainbow Lanes in Port Alberni. The event is a fundraiser for the Special Olympics athletes, as well as a chance for the bowlers to spend the evening with their favourite BC Hockey League hockey players.
The Special Olympics athletes have to raise $20 in pledges in order to participate in the event. The athlete that raises the most money will win a Bulldogs’ jersey.
