There are no medals to brag about, but memories made at last weekend’s Gold Pan Invitational bowling tournament in Quesnel are golden.
Eleven members of the 100 Mile House Special Olympics BC bowling team, accompanied by their coaches and chaperones, competed at the annual event.
“We had an awesome time,” says local branch co-ordinator Denise Barker. “Already talking about next year.”
The highly anticipated Gold Pan tournament was the only competition the team competed in this season.
