Owen Hawkings squats to catch a low ball at the Barriere Ball Park during the 2011 Squirt Tournament hosted by Barriere Minor Ball the weekend of June 11. Twelve teams competed in the weekend’s events from Barriere, Kamloops, Clearwater, Prince George, 100 Mile House, and Port Alberni. Winners of the Girls Division were; first - Clearwater, second - Kamloops Diggers, and third - Barriere Sam’s Pizza. Winners in the Boys Division were; first - Clearwater, second - Port Alberni, and third - 100 Mile House.
