The B.C. Interior Stars hockey team won the Pacific Spring Showcase last weekend in Coquitlam. Taking on power house squads, the Stars went undefeated dumping the B.C. Lightning 5-0, the Jr. Steelers Gold West 7-3, picking up a 3-3 tie against the Rangers, downing the Jr. Steelers Gold East 7-4 and shutting out the B.C. Bears 3-0 in the semifinals to face the Vancouver Vipers. In the final, the Stars defeated the undefeated Vipers 7-1.
