SURREY — A doughnut in the win column remains for Surrey Knights, a hockey team still looking for its first win 35 games into its PJHL season.
They came close to earning an elusive ‘W’ on home ice Thursday (Jan. 5) when North Vancouver Wolf Pack won 4-3 in overtime, thanks to a Jackson Tadey goal.
A comeback bid saw Kevin Kutasi, Trevor Sundher and Samuel Witter score for Surrey, after North Van jumped to a 3-0 lead in the first period.
