Sunnydale ladies competed at the Zone 6 (Central and North Island) ‘Social Distancing Tournament’ the week of July 6.
The zone had each club participate by playing on their own course and sending scores for comparison. They adjusted scores according to each course rating for difficulty.
It was a “Four Ball Tournament,” played with teams of two, taking best gross and net scores on each hole.
“We are proud of our Sunnydale ladies for taking first low net and first low gross,” a news release states.
