North Langley Dodgers’ Ethan Barker closes his eyes and hopes for the best as he swings at a pitch during the inaugural Will Smith Memorial Baseball Tournament at Walnut Grove Park on April 20 and 21. The tournament for eight and nine-year-olds was named in memory of Smith, a long-time volunteer and coach with North Langley Diamond Sports, who passed away in February.
