Langley BMX is hosting Borderline Nationals from June 30 to July 2 at their track, just behind the George Preston Recreation Centre.

Hundreds of competitors — including some who have competed in the Olympics — and thousands of spectators are expected over the three days.

Capri has sung 80 national anthems in 80 countries, in 80 languages, around the world to raise money for orphaned and abandoned children. Capri recently spoke at We Day alongside Paula Abdul, Chris Hadfield, Tyler Shaw and many others.

A documentary is being made about her journey.

Langley singers will also be belting out the national anthem on the Friday and Sunday events at the track.

The BMX racing goes from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and wraps up on Sunday from 8 a.m. until noon.
