The Chilliwack Basketball Club is hosting its second annual ‘Holiday Skills Camp’ Jan. 1-2 at Sardis secondary.
Running from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. both days, the camp is designed to help boys and girls in Grades 6-9 get ready for the re-start of their school season. Drills and scrimmages will focus on improving agility, quickness, shooting, ball-handling, passing and finishing.
The cost is $60 for one day or $100 for both.
Organizer and coach Kyle Graves is bringing in a special guest for day one. Trevor Priddie is the men’s basketball head coach at Trinity Western University and is also a summer league coach for the National Basketball Association’s Toronto Raptors.
