Racing in a field of 500 riders, the Vernon BMX Club was up against some stiff competition at the ABA Firestorm Nationals last weekend in Rutland.
A total of 45 members competed in the event, which featured nearly 100 motos.
Capturing gold in their respective divisions were Brenden Davies, Shylo Orchard, Brittany Luchene, Devin Sengotta, Chris Spence, Zachary Milne, Jonathan Milne, Karl Urquhart and Don Hill.
Second-place finishes went to Evan Hopkins, Faith Riddick, Kevin Hill, Tanner Brown, Matthew Kuhnlein, Keith Wood and Jeremy Clark.
Taking third-place honours were Ken Botterill, Xavier Bitz, Roger Tepper, Chayse Krause, Tyler Riva, Elijah Riley, Milne, Bennett Kuhnlein, Tanner Witt, Kiera Wilkensen, Erik Urquhart, Jeremy Clark and Connor Butte.
