The Williams Lake Blue Fins Swim Club hosted teams from Kamloops, Quesnel and Prince George for its annual Cariboo Dental Frost Fest Swim Meet during the weekend.
It will be the last time the Blue Fins will be in the water in Williams Lake as the Sam Ketcham Memorial Pool is slated to be closed for the next nine to 12 weeks as construction on the new pool continues.
Several of the Blue Fins swimmers will be travelling to Quesnel to train in preparation for the upcoming ‘AA’ provincial championships later this month.
