The North Langley Bears peewee football team saw their season end with a tough 22-6 loss to the Abbotsford Falcons White.
The game was played Saturday at McLeod Athletic Park.
After falling behind 8-0, the Bears put together their lone touchdown drive of the game.
Marco Kee took the kick-off 40 yards to the Abbotsford side of the field. And after a few short-yardage plays from Jordan Tomica and Kee, quarterback Owen Sieben busted loose for a 30 yard run to the Falcons one. Sieben called his own number on the next play to get the Bears on the board.
North Langley trailed 8-6 at the half and the Falcons tacked on two second half touchdowns for the final score.
The Bears defence was led by Vaughn Pinchin, Caleb Price, Kayden Bell and Manny Fotiou who all came up with big stops.
