The Barriere Outdoor Club would like to thank the Kershaw and Feller Families for their generosity in working with the club to provide swimming lessons in the community.

With 91 children registered for the Red Cross learn to swim and safety program, swim instructor Hannah Feller, along with her assistant Tyson Schilling, offered two separate week long sessions for families to choose from.

The club would also like to thank both The North Thompson Volunteer and Information Center for their assistance with registration and Quality Contractors for providing the portable toilets for the two weeks of swimming lessons. We are also grateful to the pool owners for sharing their wonderful pools, and of course a big thank you goes out to Hannah Feller, our Red Cross certified swim instructor for a job well done.

The Barriere Outdoor Club’s philosophy is to promote good health through outdoor activity for all ages.
