Logan Yanick of Courtenay finished in a two-way tie for fifth place in the Boys 15-19 age division at the CJGA B.C. Junior Open.
Yanick shot rounds of 73-75 to finish at four-over 148, the same as Owen Xiong of West Vancouver (74-74). The tourney was played March 30-31 at the par-72, 6,531-yard University Golf Club in Vancouver.
Chris Crisologo of Richmond fired a sizzling 68 on Sunday to win the tourney with a three-under 141. Tony Mak of Richmond finished two back while Marcus Brown of Surrey was third at 146.
