Five woman with their own individual flair and style have pooled their money and their talents to start their own hairdressing salon in Langley.
And from Oct. 21 to 23, the Cherry Bomb Salon girls will take part in the 11th annual West Coast Women’s show at Tradex in Abbotsford.
Cherry Bomb Salon is described as ‘old Hollywood meets hotrods,’ and offers services from hair to pedicure.
Touted as Western Canada’s largest and most popular women’s event, the West Coast Women’s show features more than 450 booths and displays and free samples for an ultimate girls’ night out.
Among those featured are the UK’s snazzy and sassy design duo, Colin and Justin who will be on the Main Stage for two special presentations this year. The stars of popular TV series including ‘Colin and Justin’s Home Heist’, ‘The Estate’, ‘Colin and Justin’s Wedding Bells’ and ‘How Not to Decorate’ are sure to delight Lower Mainland audiences with their witty banter and design inspirations during their two presentations on Saturday, Oct. 22.
Soap Opera fans can get up close with the dashing Billy Miller, who plays the devilishly handsome Billy Abbot on The Young and the Restless when he takes to the Main Stage on Sunday, Oct. 23.
The 2011 West Coast Women’s Show has something for everyone including:
• The 2012 Hall of Flame Calendar Firefighters annual fashion shows;
• A home décor marketplace with the latest accessories;
• Main Stage Fashion Shows featuring the latest styles and trends;
• The Home and Interior Decor Zone;
• The Kitchen Theatre and World Of Taste Zone with free samples, and
• The Natural and Organic Product Showcase.
The show hours are 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 21, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday.
