Vernon’s Cidel Moving is the recipient of six achievement awards from Atlas Canada.
Cidel has been assisting families and businesses relocate for more than 35 years.
“Winning these awards speaks to Cidel’s integrity and commitment to delivering top level service to our clients,” said owner Art Zoethout.
The 2012 awards include:
n National Quality Award — This is based upon feedback from Atlas Canada’s quality initiatives team in regards to cargo claims ratios, administrative and operational service rating and customer quality of service surveys .
n National Packing/Unpacking Service Award — This is based upon feedback regarding claims and overall service.
n Individual Sales Award — This is awarded to Jan Ingraham, and it places her first in sales in category six across Canada.
n Regional Moving Consultant, Quality Service Award — This is awarded to Ingraham and it’s based on her accuracy in estimating and customer feedback regarding her care and compassion for her customers
n Atlas Agent Sales Achievement Award — This accomplishment reflects commitment to customers
n National Supplemental Fleet Professional Van Operator Award — It has been awarded to Richard Zoethout and it places him first in Canada of all supplementary fleet drivers.
In addition to these honours, Cidel Moving received the Superior Quality Service Award.
This certificate is awarded to agents who have attained a platinum quality rating. To achieve this rating, an agency must maintain or exceed exceptional performance and customer service levels set by the company over the past four quarters.
