A Vernon realtor is about to trade in spring for autumn.
Broker/owner Brad Marsh, with Re/Max, has accepted an invitation from Re/Max International and he will be heading to Australia to speak to broker/owners in five regional centres.
“It is really an exciting honour to be given the chance to share my ideas with the Re/Max family,” he said.
“It’s always a learning experience to meet with agents from around the globe, exchanging ideas to make our services even better.”
His presentations about managing and implementing the Re/Max system in small offices will give him a chance to pass on lessons learned from his 20-plus years in the industry.
Marsh is the broker for eight separate Interior Re/Max offices, which serve anywhere from four to 58 agents.
This is not the first time Marsh has been recognized by the Re/Max community.
He received the broker/owner of the year award for Re/Max Western Canada and Re/Max International in 2008, and the company’s community care award in 2007.
“The industry is a constantly changing, fluid environment, and to succeed within that we are constantly changing and rethinking ourselves,” he said.
Marsh will touch down in Sydney, Australia and travel through the regional centres of Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, before finishing his trip speaking to real estate professionals in Perth.
