Prospera Credit Union has appointed Diane Dou as its new chief operating officer.
Dou joins Prospera from HSBC Canada, where she has worked for 16 years in various leadership roles.
“Diane’s strong business acumen, operational expertise and extensive financial industry experience will undoubtedly strengthen our business operations to ensure a bright future for our members,” said Shawn Good, Prospera’s president.
