Valley First’s credit union and insurance offices are open even longer in Lumby.
The credit union branch hours are now 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
For the insurance branch, the hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.
“We’re committed to keeping banking and insurance simple,” said Lumby branch manager Marlene Stark.
“By opening longer, members can get all the banking, borrowing, investment and insurance advice at a time convenient to them.
Stark says people are increasingly busy.
“We realize that. And, we want to be available when our members and clients need us most.”
