Kathi Cameron will explain the 3 Easy Steps to Business Success, Lifelong Health, and a Better Looking You at the Business and Professional Women’s network (BPWN) at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 22 at the Royal Coachman Carriage Room.
The secret to business, life, and health all lies in how we communicate with our clients, customers, and loved ones.
Healthy and successful communication isn’t just about what we say and how we listen, but is an accumulation of our experiences, thoughts, and beliefs. It has to do with our emotions, our stress levels, and our overall health.
Join Kathi Cameron as she presents the “3 Easy Steps” to increasing your professional profile within your community, growing your client list, and reducing the stress and drama in your life. Cameron has facilitated communication and public relation-based courses in the Comox Valley for over six years and has worked with public, private, and not-for-profit organizations in enhancing team cohesion and customer service.
She is known for her unique approach to health promotion and promises this presentation will offer easy steps to making tiny changes today that will lead to a healthier and more successful life tomorrow (and try and make you laugh while doing it).
