There’s still time to attend one of Vernon’s social events of the year.
Tickets are still available for the Greater Vernon Chamber of Commerce’s Business Excellence Awards Gala March 10.
“Join us as we honour the best of the best in our community,” states the chamber in a release.
“This event has assigned seating and we will gladly guarantee your specific seating arrangements as part of a table purchase. Other promotional benefits also apply to table purchasers. All other seating will be assigned as available.”
Doors open at 6 p.m. at the Vernon Lodge, with dinner at 7 p.m.
There were 127 accepted nominations in 12 different award categories. The winners in each category, along with the business of the year, will be announced at the gala
Along with the awards presentation, the evening will also include a silent auction, door prizes, a money tree and a balloon burst.
Individual tickets are $120 for non-chamber members and $90 for chamber members (plus GST). A table of eight is $1,100 for non-chamber members and $800 for members (plus GST).
