A White Rock business is about to become more dog-friendly.
This Saturday, Anie’s Beach Mart (1117 Vidal St.) will open its Aussie-themed “Dingo Bar” which will give beach visitors’ four-legged friends a chance to have a drink of water.
For the May 5 opening, Anie’s Beach Mart owners Peter and Anica Wolf will also be handing out 50 “edible toothbrushes” for dog owners who bring their pets in for a free drink.
The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, and will be attended by White Rock counc. Helen Fathers and her dog, Lulu.
