Two White Rock health practitioners will be hosting a free talk and demonstration on self-healing through movement, touch and nutrition Jan. 21.
Elaine O’Malley, a professional reflexologist, yoga and movement specialist, and Art Pouchet, a counsellor with a background in family counselling at BC Childrens’ Hospital in Vancouver, are offering the free class at Ocean Park Library, 12854 17 Ave, in the meeting room from 7-9 p.m.
