Subject winning Wind Quintet, Pentaèdre from Montréal will breathe new life into the Quadra Island Community Centre on Sun., Jan. 15, at 7 p.m., as part of their B. C. tour.

Recognized for their unique and homogeneous sonority, this group of talented musicians takes their audiences on new musical adventures with “…finesse and great technical prowess.”

The members of Pentaèdre include Artistic Director and horn soloist, Louis-Philippe Marsolais; Danièle Bourget, flute; Martin Carpentier, clarinet; Normand Forget, oboe; and Mathieu Lussier, bassoon.

Together, these masterful musicians will present diverse and original chamber music infused with an adventurous spirit.
