Imagine That! Productions Community Theatre presents A Christmas Carol in the form of a 1940s radio theatre play

Before cell phones, the internet or even television, people listened to the radio for news, sporting events and music programs. Adventure and mystery stories were very popular as families would gather around the radio at the end of their day.

Taking place Dec. 2, 3 and 4 at the newly restored Clova Theatre in Cloverdale, 5732 176 St., these performances feature live music and sound effects, with music direction by Paul Kobilke and artistic direction by Faith Toronchuk.

The cast includes performers Chelle Tanner, Jared Erickson, Miranda Croft, Zavier Tanner, Ward Pervan, Talitha Fagan, Leigh Labrecque, Julie Kliewer, Anthony Labrecque, Aimee White, Mike Brownlee, Andy Faust, Ashley White and Austin Schwartz.
