Abbotsford author Gertie Pool will be signing copies of her latest book on June 11 at House of James bookstore, from 10 a.m. to noon. Cry for Freedom is a historical novel based on true facts from her family’s wartime experiences.

Dance in Motion celebrates its 25th anniversary season with special performances by local So You Think You Can Dance Canada finalist Charlene Hart. Live at the Reach
