Get your funny bone tickled when Double Exposure comes to the Clarke Theatre on Saturday, Oct. 19.
Bob Robertson and Linda Cullen make up the comic duo who have set a new standard in satire since the 1980s.
They started out with a weekly radio comedy program on CBC called Double Exposure which ran for more than 10 years. The pair toured Canada in the 1990s and wrote, produced and performed in the annual CBC New Year’s Eve television special. They also produced a weekly comedy program for the CTV network.
Double Exposure was nominated three times for the Actra Radio Awards, winning for Best Comedy Program, six Gemini Awards, including the People’s Choice Award for the sixth-highest rated Canadian television program. They were also inducted into the B.C. Entertainment Hall of Fame.
Double exposure is being presented by Rock.It Boy Entertainment on Oct. 19.
