Come out and see the Campbell River sky twinkling with chocolate treats.
Not just any old egg hunt. Along with a potluck lunch, bounce-o-rama’s arts and craft, music and a giant egg hunt, this Easter we will be launching over 11kg of chocolate eggs into the air using real chocolate-egg-cannons. There will be separate hunts for the big and little kids to, so no-one misses out.
The event is open to the whole community this Easter Sunday, 1 p.m. at the Simms Creek Farm, 999 Merecroft Road.
What to bring: Food to share potluck style (sandwiches, salad, pasta, a dessert, or your own special concoction).
A basket or bag for collecting eggs. Some boots or dirty shoes — Simms Creek Farm is a real farm with live animals (that poop).
Organized by the Converge Church community as a celebration of the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.
