All you have to say is “I do.”

Wedding planner Dee Cristante is offering couples, who have been procrastinating about getting hitched, the opportunity to become the “stars” in the upcoming production of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding.

The 1980s’ smash hit dinner show will be staged at Lone Pine Ranch Event Centre, near Predator Ridge, Easter long weekend.

The lucky contest winners will join the cast of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding to celebrate and share in the exchange of wedding vows, toasts, speeches, Italian-style dinner and old fashion barn dance –– all with a mystery guest list, the public, said Cristante.

“Elvis will be in the building and he promises not to leave until the deed is done,” she said.

Starting Valentine’s Day, a contest will be held to select the first four couples to walk down the aisle.

The first production takes place April 13 at the show’s media launch party. An additional three productions will take place over the Easter long weekend, April 14 to 16.

“This doesn’t leave a lot of time to say yes to a dress, so the first winners will be announced on St. Patrick’s Day,” said Cristante.

The remaining wedding couples will have a little more time to prepare when the Christmas version of Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding launches in November.

“We look forward to having a lot of fun and making 18 wedding dreams come true,” said Cristante.

In addition, an open audition for all local talent wanting to join in on the production, including family members and even Elvis, takes place on Sunday, Jan. 29, between noon and 3 p.m.

“We are making the casting call fun and simple,” said Cristante. “Those interested merely have to show up in character and costume. They don’t even necessarily have to have any acting experience as long as they look the part.”
