There has been a dramatic change of plans for movie-goers.
Macbeth will not be shown at the Vernon Towne Theatre today (Monday) as originally scheduled.
“Due to shipping difficulties, our film for tonight won’t be available until Wednesday at the regular times of 5:15 and 7:45 p.m.,” said Chuck Wills, with the Vernon Film Society.
The film, which stars Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard, follows a familiar story. But director Justin Kurzel changes and adds to the original, adapting the play for a modern audience.
Tickets are available at the Towne Theatre and the Bean Scene for $7. Cash only.
