Saturday is outdoor movie night in Ocean Park.
The free event begins at 7 p.m. on July 9 with fun and games for all, including face-painting, selfie stations, snacks and prizes. Screening of The Princess Bride starts at dusk.
The classic 1987 film is a fairy tale adventure about a young princess and her one true love who rescues her from an evil villain.
Hosted by Dreyer Group Mortgages, the community event will be held in the parking lot of Ocean Park Safeway, 12825 16 Ave.
