Little pirates, buccaneers and other “frightful” characters invaded Otter Co-op’s Kids Club Halloween party on Sunday. The young guests met Co-op mascot “Cooper” and the petting zoo animals at the event.

Whonnock Weavers and Spinners Show and Sale – Sunday, Nov. 27 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Whonnock Lake Centre, Maple Ridge. There will be quality hand-woven, and hand spun articles for sale, including original clothing, linens, baskets, accessories, holiday decorations, and toys. Guest artists featuring iron, pottery, wood turning, jewelry and glass. Admission is free, serving homemade refreshments, and on-site demonstrations.
37th Annual Chilliwack Christmas Craft Market – presented by Chilliwack Arts Council at Chilliwack Heritage Park, Nov. 18-20. Handcrafted treasures include pottery, jewelry, wood carved pieces, flower arrangements, toys, glass arts, furniture, gourmet preserves, delicious sweet treats, fabric and woven arts and more.
