The Campbell River Library hosts a reading and talk by Nanoose Bay author Gail Boulanger on Thursday at 6:30 p.m.
Boulanger will read from her newly released Adventures Over Sixty, a book of true stories designed to inspire, inform and invigorate. She’ll offer reflections on and encouragement for living and aging and greeting each new challenge as an adventure.
Boulanger is also the author of Life Goes On: Losing, letting go and living again (now in its second edition), a practical book about how to gently and effectively navigate our way through all types of grief and loss.
Boulanger has a BA in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. She has had a private counselling, consulting, and psychotherapy practice for over thirty years, and has worked with all ages in a variety of settings including business and non-profit organizations.
This is a free event that all are welcome to attend.
Two complimentary books will be given as door prizes.
