Megan Yee will give a free presentation May 1.

Teen artist Megan Yee has ventured into the world of painting head first.

From being a toddler who loved art, she has become a young woman who sees art as her calling. Yee’s captivating work shows her love of nature and beauty, while every detail and splash of colour allow this artist to explore oil paints, pencil crayon, and watercolour pencil.

On May 1 at 7:30 p.m. this Surrey-based artist will share how her love for painting began, her inspirations, and the process that takes place behind the canvas. The talk will include a PowerPoint presentation of some of Yee’s original compositions. Admission is free.
