Tickets are now on sale for BookFest, the annual event which brings authors and illustrators together with children.
Mike Deas, Julie Flett and Michael Kusugak are just a few of the authors and illustrators attending the event, which features workshops and readings, set for May 5 at Diana Krall Plaza and nearby venues.
BookFest also features a book signing session, lunchtime entertainment, free activities for preschoolers and more.
Presentations are open to children age five to 12, with three sessions for $10. Family passes are $25. Adults attend free but must accompany a child.
