Juno Award-nominated children's group releases DVD of music

Juno Award-nominated children’s entertainers The Kerplunks celebrate the release of their first DVD with a concert tour.

To create the DVD, called Get Creative, The Kerplunks worked with Frederic Robinson of FPR Productions. It features songs like Eggs, Licorice Stick and B-I-C-Y-C-L-E.

For The Kerplunks it’s all about audience interaction, and the DVD captures that interactive flavour.

The project was more than two years in the making.

The group performs June 9 at the German cultural hall in Nanaimo, and June 10 at the Gabriola community hall. Both concerts start at 2 p.m. Tickets are available at Kool and Child and Gabriola Artworks.
