A Clayton collection

The food distributed to the needy through the Cloverdale Christmas Hamper Program.

Members of the Clayton Heights Secondary student council show the more than 10,000 food items collected along with $1,000 cash during the school’s 11th annual Christmas food drive.

The food was distributed to the needy through the Cloverdale Christmas Hamper Program.

The items were destined for the warehouse at Pacific Community Church, which acts as the nerve centre for the hamper program.

On Dec. 17, recipients were invited to come to the church to pick up their hampers.
