“Berry” Best Pie

Filling:
1 cup sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
dash of salt
⅓ cup water
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh halved strawberries
¾ cup fresh blackberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. butter
In a large saucepan whisk sugar, cornstarch, salt and water. Add blueberries, bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes. Add spice mixture, cool slightly. Add remaining berries, lemon juice and butter. Cover with top crust and bake.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes and at 350 for 50 minutes.
