Davison Orchards invites kids to check out what's new at the Crazy Cow Kids Corral — and all at no charge

The wristbands are off at the Crazy Cow Kids Corral at Davison Orchards.

“We are very excited about the changes to the Kids Corral to allow children free access to play,” said Tamra Davison of Davison Orchards.

The family farm, which is a favourite for both locals and tourists, has made changes to the very popular kids’ play area so it no longer has an admission.

The Crazy Cow Kids Corral is a one-acre, enclosed farm- themed kids’ play area which allows children to have good old-fashioned fun. While some of the attractions were removed, others were added so kids can continue to have fun on the slides, in the tree houses, the sandbox, on the tractors or playing hopscotch.

“Some families still have punch cards from previous years and we are prepared to honour those as punch cards towards our farm tours,” said Davison. “Our farm tours have a new seasonal and interactive component which is fun and engaging for the whole family.”

Davison Orchards has recently released a new website which has information on all of this season’s changes, such as the season tour pass, the Crazy Cow Kids Corral and the upcoming special events including the annual Mother’s Day Picnic.

“The response to all of our changes has been fantastic so far,” said Davison. “We are excited to welcome all of the new and returning families to our farm this year.”

Open since 1933, Davison Orchards is at 3111 Davison Rd., off Bella Vista Road in Vernon.
